Really nice upscale Brewpub bar serving boxing cat. The place is laid out and huge. I've been here when it was empty and I've been here when I was full. Couches tables you name it it's a really cool atmosphere. High-end food cooked properly. The beer is boxing cat. It's good if you're from the US and used to our good microbrews it's not great. But they do a nice job with the presentation. All beers were clean and on point. We split a 12 beer sampler that was served in a really cool tray with dry ice overflowing the whole thing what a cool presentation. There's a Shanghai Brewery right next door and Jenny's so it's really a great place to visit with some other options around. I would recommend this place for dinner. After almost two weeks of light lagers in China I needed something with some flavor. I had researched a few breweries prior to coming to China but Liquid Laundry seemed to jump out at me as a reminder of Milwuakee. We found our way there from our hotel just off of Subway line 1 and when we got inside it was just what the Doctor ordered. Замечательное место. Случайно набрели на него и очень порадовались. С улицы его сложно заметить, очень легко пройти мимо. С улицы это выглядит как маленькое окошко, где можно что-то заказать "на бегу", а рядом маленькая дверца.
Мы давно гуляли и ребенок уже безумно хотел есть, но т.к. в Шанхае почти невозможно найти нормальную еду для европейца, то мы уже почти отчаялись и заглядывали в каждую забегаловку, чтобы найти ну хоть что-то похожее на еду))))
Я поблизости от нашего местонахождения на карте отметила точки с едой (больше доверяю тем, что есть официально на карте) и мы шли по ним. И вот наконец-то нам посчастливилось заглянуть сюда.
Все сотрудники свободно говорят на английском. Внутри всего 3 столика и стойка на пару человек. Но нам повезло, был один свобойдный столик. В меню блины с разными начинками, как сладкими (нутелла, крем-чиз, ягоды), так и нет (яйцо, ветчина, сыр, мясо). Из напитков: кофе, чай, милкшейк. Мы взяли 3 блина и по милкшейку, это более чем достаточно, чтобы посытиться. Все очень вкусно!

Dianping ratings were pretty high and my expectations were raised the moment I stepped into the restaurant, seeing the whole European vibes in the decor and the wood-fired oven. I'm glad the food quality met my expectations. The Calamari was crisp and not oily, cooked to perfection. Ordered their Cantina Pizza, generously topped with rocket leaves, Parma Ham and cherry tomatoes. Perfect chewy crusty edge, cheese pull, thin base, it checked off all I expect and love of a pizza.

Spaghetti Puttanesca is one of my guilty pleasures - easy to make, but surprisingly few restaurants do it justice. At Bella Napoli, it was perfect, and the pasta was al dente as it should. I am shocked by the negative reviews so I had to leave mine. This hotel was my second best hotel stay experience ever, first being the Signiel Seoul. I booked a gorgeous suite for a ridiculously cheap 12k Hyatt points per night for 5 nights. The room was emaculate, spacious, beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. The mattress, linens, towels, furnishings and technology were all top quality, it even had a top of the line smart toilet and Dyson hairdryer. The staff, bell hops, restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful, the manager had to come to our room for an AC issue and she was delightful and resolved the issue promptly. The location was also fantastic with tons of shops, restaurants and boba shops around. The park directly across the street was also a relaxing and peaceful retreat from the big city. The only negative thing about the hotel is that there are no washer/dryers for guests to use. Oh and the breakfast buffet was wonderful in both taste and variety. The rooms were very small for Shanghai, and the hallways leading to the rooms had a weird old smell. It’s as if they renovated the place very quickly, it looks new but smells old. The carpet in the room looked old and dirty and the room wasn’t cleaned very well. The staff was nice but their uniforms aren’t very professional (opinion). I booked this Caption by Hyatt hotel for two nights and it’s located in the Zhongshan Park area and next to Yuyuan Rd, where many shops and restaurants have settled. And there’s also the huge Longemont shopping mall close-by to the hotel with a huge range of shops. They gave me a room on their top floor with a good view. The room itself could have been a bit more spacious, but it was nicely designed and clean as the entire hotel. And soundproof! The bathroom was to tiny in my opinion. And the wifi was sometimes way to slow and unstable during the day. Amongst other metro lines, line number 2 both to and from Pudong and Hongqiao airports as well as to Shanghai city center is located just a few steps away. I booked two nights in this relatively new hotel, which seems to fall under a fresh concept of the Hyatt group. The staff was nice and some of them could speak English as well. Although I arrived early on the day of check-in, a room was available for me. It was nicely designed and ok in size especially considering that you are in Asia. An nice room feature to mention is the japanese toilette. And everything was clean in the hotel facilities. But I have to complain about two things as well. First, the AC in the room was not doing the job it was supposed to be built for. The room temperature was way to high during my stay in there. And the second thing is something similar, because the fridge did not cool down as it should have done and therefore my drinks were completely warm, which also was not a nice experience. I can’t say anything about their food options as I preferred to eat in restaurants outwards.
